What’s happening in our market? It’s been an unusual start to 2020, to put it mildly. Over the past few weeks, we’ve experienced unprecedented change. Despite being in uncharted territory with the advent of COVID-19, we want to reassure you that when it comes to the real estate industry, we are taking every precaution we can to protect the safety of our community. We welcomed the changes announced by the government as they are exactly what the Ray White group had proposed as being appropriate to help flatten the curve. Our team are working from home rather than the office. Whilst on-site and in-room auctions, along with open for inspections are not possible, we can help you buy or sell with private viewings, virtual property tours and on-line auctions. Our market remains robust and we’re seeing strong buyer demand. It is no doubt going to be a quieter winter than perhaps it might have otherwise been, but with contact conscious procedures and digital technologies to aid us, it will still be very much business as usual.
