Property management update Melisa Neller | General Manager 0427 797 672 It is with great pleasure we bring you our quarterly Property Management update and in addition to news surrounding the local rental market, we are delighted to advise that on May 4th, Robbie and myself (Melisa) got married! NowMr and Mrs Neller, we are excited to continue our partnership in business and life, and keep serving our local community as owner- operators of Ray White Peregian. We’ve welcomed a new teammember to the Property Management Department: Anna Edwards. Working in partnership with Robbie and myself, Anna will be delivering premium service to our investors and tenants; ensuring your valuable asset is not only returning attractive yields and keeping up with market rates, but that it is well cared for inside and out, and the rent is paid in full on time, always. Anna has a background in the corporate sector, along with customer service industries and real estate experience. A warm communicator who builds good rapport with our clients, she is well- organised, possesses great local knowledge and has a passion for the lifestyle benefits of the Peregian community. Whilst we are in the midst of the traditional quiet season (February through to June), we have experienced stronger enquiry than this period last year, and have fewer house vacancies, with somewhat of a shortage in relation to demand. The unit market hasn’t been quite as busy but as we come out of Winter and transition into Spring in a fewmonths, we expect to have minimal (if any) vacancies. As General Manager, I work closely with our property management team to not only grow our business, but also to ensure quality of service is optimised, communication with clients is regular, and that we deliver what we promise. We offer a boutique service focused on quality as opposed to quantity. Heavily invested in the property management arm of the business, we endeavour to provide the extra-personalised service that many agencies lack. In this industry, ‘word of mouth’ is important, and we work hard to protect our reputation and stay at the very top of our game.
