We love the people who are drawn to visit our ideally located park along with our regular locals who bring a definite community feel to our cafe/restaurant. Seeing some of the local kids visit us from the time they are just babies to now ordering an adult size bowl of gnocchi off the dinner menu is just great! WHO ARE THE PEOPLE BEHIND KW? The Gettingby family started KW back in 1974 and it is still family owned and run today. HOW BIG IS YOUR TEAM AT KW? Karrinyup Waters has a team of more than 40 including reception, maintenance, housekeeping, gardeners, chefs and front of house restaurant staff. A lot goes into running the business. Our staff have become more like a close knit friend group than just colleagues and that makes coming to 'work' such a joy! We are proud supporters of the wonderful Karrinyup Waters and think Gwelup is so lucky to have such a unique venue right on its doorstep to enjoy. With everything from a wonderful fully licensed casual dining experience at the KW cafe restaurant that is open to both guests and the public overlooking a playground purpose built for big and small kids, to caravan/camping sites, a jumping pillow, heated pool and spa and even a conference room available for hire.
