What a year it has been! The 23/24 financial year has been a big one for Gwelup. Seeing a huge amount of growth throughout the suburb with no signs of slowing down just yet. As buyer demand is higher than ever we are seeing a number of record-breaking sales! Gwelup is fast becoming the ‘go to’ suburb for young families for obvious reasons. Watching the transformation throughout the area has been amazing to see and the upcoming release of land on North Beach Road will also be interesting to watch evolve as it makes way for many more people to come and enjoy this wonderful pocket of WA.
