Customers Satisfaction Program Our customer satisfaction program is based on the Harvard University methodology The Net Promoter Score (NPS). It is used globally by hundreds of thousands of companies, both large and small across many industries. It measures customer feedback and loyalty. A NPS survey works by giving you customer feedback you can respond to and act on. When the sale goes unconditional, the vendor will be emailed a survey after five days asking for feedback on their experience. Buyers will receive a survey 14 days after the property has settled. It will ask you to rate on a scale of zero to ten.
