I am so excited to embark on a fresh new year with renewed energy and a strong sense of positivity for what lies ahead for the Upper North Shore property market in 2021. During 2020 I was thrilled to sell 38 properties for my clients, at over $87m in market value. A career highlight was the sale of 56 Springdale Road, Killara for $11,000,000, the suburb’s second- highest sale to date. I was also proud to sell my 11th home in Somerset Avenue, North Turramurra, repeat and referral business being the greatest compliment I can receive. 2020 was a benchmark year for RayWhite Upper North Shore, which saw us experience our busiest year on record in our sales and property management divisions. We sold 454 properties in 2020 at over $948m in market value. I’m confident the economic recovery is underway, and the property market stands to benefit fromwhat we see as favourable conditions; low-interest rates and general confidence that property prices have stabilised. With some excellent results already achieved in January, we are excited by what’s ahead. 2021 will see us open our in-room auction space at our Turramurra head office.
