One of the trickiest parts is preparing your property for sale, knowing what to do to your home to add value and what to avoid. Sourcing and managing all the tradespeople to do the work is the next challenge, and with many moving parts it can be an overwhelming task. This is where my team and I excel. If you have been reading my communications over the years, you will know I readily share my list of trusted local trades people. These are the people I call in when my clients want to put our pre-sale preparation advice into practice. The most recent example of this is 11 Albion Avenue, Pymble, a 1960’s built home that was well cared for but in original condition. Our client agreed their family home needed to be rejuvenated and modernised in order to showcase the property’s many features, and most importantly maximise the potential sale price. We called in our team of trades, working closely with our vendor as we sourced quotes and then project managed painters, kitchen designers, floor sanders, electricians and stylists. The pictures and the results speak for themselves.
