Buyer activity and price segments Buyer demand for houses remains broad, with 1,200 transactions in the $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 range over the past year versus 845 houses sold above $3,000,000. Around 220 units sold below $750,000, while the mid-tier market of $750,000 to $1,000,000 accounted for more than 1,100 transactions. Standout suburbs Several suburbs have led the way in price growth over the past ten years. Pittwater suburbs such as Avalon, Palm Beach, Newport, and Bilgola have all achieved growth of more than 90%, reflecting their enduring lifestyle appeal. Manly and Freshwater remain standout performers, adding well over $1,500,000 in value during the same period. Outlook Momentum is building fast, and serious buyers are ready to secure their next home before the end of the year.
