The Upper North Shore property market did not hibernate throughout winter; it was quite the opposite. With coronavirus there was the expectation that the market was going to pull back, all we sawwas with the negative news that was out in the press, there were less properties that came on to the market and therefore less choice for buyers, we actually held our market quite firm. In fact July and August were record months for my team, we did 28 sales and nearly $80million dollars worth of transactions. Just shows there’s still good energy in the market, buyers are still wanting to buy good real estate and we do live in the best part of the world, so we’re always going to have strong demand. We don’t knowwhat’s around the corner, but we do know that right now buyers are plentiful, interest rates are low, and stock is still limited, creating high demand for particular homes.
