Whilst we have seen phenomenal growth over the past 24 months, the Northern Beaches continues to represent exceptional value when compared to other parts of Sydney, including the North Shore, Hills Area and the Eastern Suburbs. Families with school age children continue to be the primary buying group in North Curl Curl as they seek the beachside lifestyle together with excellent public and private schools nearby. The laws of supply and demand take effect as our long-term residents ´stay put longer´ (since 2005 capital city residents have stayed put between 6.7 years to 10.7 years) and buyers from other parts of Sydney continue to be attracted to our beautiful beachside suburb with proximity to Manly's driving price growth. How long will it last? Whilst certain parts of Sydney have started to cool, we nonetheless continue to see population growth in Sydney and under-supply in our local market, so I expect price stability to be a key NORTH CURL CURL MARKET UPDATE "I EXPECT PRICE STABILITY TO BE A KEY FEATURE IN 2018"
