MARKET UPDATE As Spring approaches, and we arrive at the traditionally peak selling season, we are seeing some interesting things in the market. Buyer sentiment is improving as the warmer weather nears and we see more property starting to come to the market. Low stock levels through winter have seen buyers limited for choice, resulting in a sluggish quarter across the Illawarra. We are talking to a lot of home owners who are preparing their homes to come to market as the weather warms up, so I anticipate buyers will see more choice come October/ November.
