Upcoming Education Night August 3rd FREO GRAPHIC July 2021 3 EDUCATION NIGHT The majority of his work involves the night sky, landscape astrophotography. He also photographs a variety of other subjects including commercial, event, portraiture, video and timelapses. He received the international Photo Nightscape award 2015, Western Australia Astrofest 2014, honourable mentions Astrofest 2014 and 2016 and accepted for exhibitions 2015 and 2017. Honourable mention David Malin awards 2014. His work is shown in numerous books, newspapers and magazines. Michael has also created work for Google 360,WA Michael Gho Museum permanent time lapse display, Australian Geographic,WA Opera, Tourism WA,Brand Ambassador for Topaz and Skywatcher and twice for NASA with astronomy pictures.
