AAG ESTIMATION RATES: OPTION 1: AN OPINION OF PROBABLE COST For clients with an initial design - a great option for those clients wanting a ballpark estimate before proceeding with further project documentation. Cost for this estimate is $330 inc GST. Requires a set of design plans. Delivery time = 1 week. OPTION 2: QUICK BUILDING ESTIMATE (QBE) For clients with a preliminary design for a new build / high end renovation and wanting a ballpark estimate before proceeding with further project documentation. Cost for this estimate is $660 inc GST. Requires a set of design plans. Delivery time = 1 week. OPTION 3: FORMAL QUOTE For clients who are ready to take the next step and obtain a formal quote from AAG Constructions. This option requires the client to provide all project documentation including structural plans, hydraulic plans, basic report, fixtures and finishes schedule, electrical plan etc. Cost for these quotes range between $1000 - $5000+ and are dependent on the size and complexity of the job.
