AVA Wellness Centre Exhibition Hall Participate in our annual health check and wellness survey. Advance bookings will be essential. Enjoy a 10-minute seated massage or talk to our team about our 2018 wellness initiatives. A counsellor from the AVA employee assistance program is also available by appointment on Wednesday. Badges and scanning As a security requirement, please wear your name badge at all times to access sessions, the exhibition and catering. Please ensure you are scanned each day before entering the exhibition. Banking ATMs are located on the main exhibition concourse, Merivale Street side and next to Olio Cafe & Bar on the Grey Street Ground Level. Other ATMs are available nearby in the South Bank precinct. Catering All catering is served in the Exhibition Hall with a dedicated special dietary table. Afternoon tea on Thursday will be served in the mezzanine foyer outside door 8. Carer's pass - parents room - child minding Ask at the registration desk about carer’s passes and access to the conference and exhibition. These passes provide parents/ delegates nursing children to be provided with assistance. Please note there are no arrangements for child care during the Conference. There are four parenting rooms at BCEC. Three of them are located on the ground floor in close proximity to the Plenary and Exhibition. Cloak Room Located at the Grey Street and Merivale Street BCEC Information desks. Messages Can be found outside exhibition hall. Exhibition and passport competition winners and messages from exhibitors and delegates can be left of the message board. Mobile phone app Scan the QR code on the front cover and add the conference mobile app to your smartphone. Gain access to the conference program, speakers, sessions, social events, workshops, field trip and exhibitors. You can also set up your own profile to connect with your colleagues. The extraordinary photographs from the finalists and winners of the 2018 AVJ Photography competition will be on display for your enjoyment. Registration desk Merivale Street entrance, BCEC. Tickets for social events and workshops and field trips can be purchased depending on availability. VetEd points The Annual Conference offers delegates up to 27 hours of continuing professional development with up to 27 VetEd points over the full week. Delegates can earn extra points by attending one of the workshops and field trips. VetEd talks Tuesday 15 May 2018, 4.00pm-6 .00pm, Mezzanine M4 Come and listen to your colleagues present their inspiring and innovative ideas and talk about their passions.
