People once again showed up to support an amazing cause, and that means everything.” Reflecting on what contributed to the record result, Steve pointed to the extraordinary fundraising efforts of the teams involved. He highlighted Hume Bank as setting the benchmark, with cake stalls, morning teas and even a movie night, all contributing to their team total. “They really embodied the spirit of what the Ride is all about, every single team member got involved,” he said.
