Salon Etique e & Policies To ensure every client enjoys a relaxing, professional experience at Amity Alice Skin & Laser Clinic, please take a moment to review our salon etiquette and policies: Reminders: In most cases you will receive a reminder text and email 3 days prior to your appointment. Please do not rely on these reminders as it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are running late, let me know as soon as possible—late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment. Respectful Environment: To maintain a calm and focused space, I kindly ask that you silence your phone and behave in a positive manner at all times. Consultations & Deposits: All new clients require a consultation prior to treatment. A $25 consultation fee applies, redeemable off your treatment. For bookings, a $200 deposit is required for cosmetic tattooing and advanced treatments. Other treatments require individual deposits between $20-$100 and will be advised at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is deducted from your final balance. Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in your deposit being retained. • If I am able to fill your appointment spot, your deposit will be credited towards your next booking. Health & Safety: If you are unwell, have been recently unwell, or have any contagious conditions, please contact me to reschedule. Your health and the safety of all clients is my top priority. Payments: Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, EFTPOS and most major cards are accepted.
