Covering 75 hectares, it provides the ideal environment for light manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and o ce operations. It is strategically positioned to take full advantage of nearby Tuggerah Railway Station, the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway and West eld Shopping Centre and is central to all areas of the region. Fully serviced with all utilities businesses operating within this Park include manufacturers, distribution centres and warehouses, construction companies and other professional and commercial services.
