LIQUID LAMINATES SACRIFICAL UNDERLAY ELCO Tuff-Coat is a product of advanced water borne coating technology which results in a highly resilient, permanent protective coating system. This easy to apply, two-pack water based coating formulation is based on high quality polyurethanes whose inherent hardness and chemical resistances will ensure long term protection of various types of structures and surfaces. Available in a gloss or matte finishes. Vipond’s Universal Digi Clear is the most recently developed laminate and our testing has shown excellent adhesion to true solvent, eco solvent inks and to UV cured inks. Vipond’s Universal Digi Clear in a single coat application to enhance the colour of the print and to provide water, scratch and mark resistance. Two coats will provide excellent weather and UV (fade) resistance. Improves service life of digital prints by at least 2 years. ALC Sacrificial Underlay PET Ultra Thin is a 25 micron, PET polyester sacrificial underlay, that is ideal for single-sided cold laminating films. The liner en- sures that there is less bulk waste disposal than when using paper liner, and if creases do occur they won't transfer to the surface of the image .
