About the Author Bob Hand left school at the age of 15 to take on a carpentry apprenticeship. After qualifying in carpentry, he changed his career path and instead of building new homes he started selling them. Bob has continued working in the sales of land and new homes, as well as property development right up to this day. Bob is married with two grown children. His son, James, is also his business partner and works in the family business. He also has two younger stepchildren living at home. Bob is at the forefront of the real estate development industry with more than four decades in project sales and marketing. He spent over 20 years at the helm of his previous company leading strategic development and growth, helping to build what was to become Australia’s premier project marketing company.
