ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES Monday 22 March – Poster mounting from 10:00 am Tuesday 23 March – Poster session from 3:50 pm to 6:00 pm Please remove your poster by the end of lunch on Friday 27 March. Any posters remaining on display after this time will be removed and held at the registration desk. Posters not collected by 5:00 pm on Friday will be discarded. LOCATION Poster boards will be located in the Promenade Foyer Please mount your poster at your assigned number, which was sent via email or can be obtained from staff at the registration desk.
