Where did it all start and what triggered you to explore the world? I was working in commercial real estate straight after high school and got offered a big promotion. I remember looking around the office and seeing a flash before me of what my life would be like 10 years from now – a nice suit, car, house. But it just felt like there was so much more for me to experience. I wasn’t sure what exactly, but I knew I had to go and find out so I booked a one-way ticket overseas, sold everything I owned and went on a three-year trip. During that time, I camped, hitchhiked, couch surfed my way through about 50 different countries. There is no better feeling than being disconnected, getting out into the wild and living in the moment.
