NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED. ALL COMPETITORS TOGETHER WITH ANIMALS COMPETE AT THEIR OWN RISK. INDEMNITY FORM TO BE COMPLETED & SIGNED ON RETURN WITH ENTRY FORM. ALL BEDDING TO BE PROVIDED BY COMPETITORS. CONDITIONS x It Is Recommended That Exhibits Be Tested PESTIVIRUS NEGATIVE & that exhibitors sign a Waiver form. x All Cattle shall be on the ground before 8.30am. Appropriate footwear must be worn. x The age of all registered cattle as under one, two, three, four or five years respectively, shall be computed from (Dairy 1st December) & Beef 1st January) and their ages are to be stated correctly on the entry form. x The definition of the word "heifer" is a female beast that has never had a calf, and must be under 3 years of age. x Pen shall mean 3 head. x Pair shall mean 2 head. x Bulls under 2 years and the females under 3 years shall be eligible to compete for Junior Championship Honours only. x All Cows or Heifers competing in pens or groups must be entered in single classes and to be the property of the owner except in all progeny classes. x The names of the sires of all progeny classes must be stated on entry forms. x Cattle entered as "dry" will be allowed to compete in milking classes or vice versa, if calved before judging hour. x All cattle must be led into the cattle judging ring. x All Bulls from 2 years old and upwards must be led with nose ring. x The Prize Stock will be distinguished by a blue ribbon for first place, red for second, white for third, yellow for fourth, green for fifth, brown for sixth, pink for seventh and grey for eighth. x All Cattle must be identified with approval NLIS tags before they leave the property of consignment. On arrival cattle owner/exhibitors must provide: National Health Declaration National Vendor Declaration (NVD) or Transported Stock Statement (TSS) Serial Number RFID or NLIS ID number of each animal arrived at the show (for large number of cattle when scanning or reading numbers is not possible, provide total number of cattle arrived to the show). Points score system for the Most Successful Exhibit: 1st 5, 2nd 4, 3rd 3, 4th 2, 5th 1, excluding pen, group, progeny and Best Uddered classes. 4 points for Champion, 2 points for Reserve Champion.
