2024 KIAMA SHOW PAVILION EXHIBITION OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - FRIDAY 26th JANUARY SUBMISSION OF ENTRY FORMS x Pavilion entries are free x All entry forms for Spinning, Weaving & Felting, Vegetables, Cookery, Needlecraft, Handcraft, Sewing & Embroidery, Porcelain Painting, Ceramics & Pottery, Art, Woodcraft, Pot Plants & Cacti, Homebrew and Photography must be submitted by 5pm on Tuesday 23rd January 2024 x Cut Flowers, Roses, Dahlias & Decorative Flowers entry forms must be submitted by 12.00pm Thursday 25th January 2024. x A completed signed Entry Form must be provided by email or in person at The Pavilion. x Exhibits must be the work of the exhibitor, completed in the previous 12 months and shown in a clean condition otherwise disqualification will occur. x A CRAFT NOVICE is defined as one who has learnt their craft in the last 2 years. x Exhibitors from outside Kiama are invited to enter. DELIVERY TIMES FOR EXHIBITS x Exhibitors must leave the Pavilion after delivery of their exhibits. x Spinning, Weaving & Felting between 8am-10am on Thursday 25th January 2024. x Vegetables, Cookery, Needlecraft, Handcraft, Sewing & Embroidery, Porcelain Painting, Ceramics & Pottery, Art, Woodcraft, Pot Plants & Cacti, Homebrew and Photography, between 8am-11am Thursday 25th January 2024. x Cut Flowers, Roses, Dahlias and Decorative by 8am on Friday 26th January 2024. COLLECTION OF EXHIBITS AND PRIZEMONEY x All Exhibits will remain on display until dismantling on Sunday 28th January 2024. x All Exhibits must be picked up on Sunday 28th 2024 between 9am - 10am. x The Show Society does not accept responsibility for exhibits or prize money not collected after that time. The Kiama Show Society will deduct 10% commission on sales made during the Show
