It develops responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills while empowering students to play an active role in shaping their school community. Our comprehensive leadership program provides meaningful opportunities for students in Years 3 to 6 to grow as confident and capable leaders. Our program includes a diverse range of leadership roles. Student Councillors, elected in Year 6, are supported by our Passport to Leadership program, which prepares Year 5 students for future leadership through reflection and skill development. Councillors lead meetings, organise initiatives and fundraising events, run assemblies, support Kindergarten orientation, and represent the school at community events such as the ANZAC Day March. The Student Representative Council (SRC) includes one elected student from each class in Years 3 to 6 each semester. SRC members voice student ideas, organise school events, and promote school spirit while modelling reliability, honesty, and effective communication. Sporting House Captains and Vice-Captains promote teamwork and participation, assist with sporting events, and represent their Houses at carnivals. ECO Team Representatives support sustainability initiatives, including recycling programs, TrashFree Tuesday, and the Biodiversity Garden.
