Sydney’s Central Coast is a region just over an hour north of Sydney CBD with a population of approximately 345,000 people which is forecast to grow to over 414,000* by 2036.*Estimated 2020. In 2016 the NSW State Government introduced the Central Coast Regional Plan, a 20 year strategy that will see the population grow by more than 75,500 people, create another 24,674 jobs and build 41,500 more dwellings.
