Feels like we were just packing up the Christmas decorations, and now we’re dodging Easter eggs in the supermarket aisles. There’s plenty happening around town, and much of it involves shaping the future of Clarence Town. Dungog Council is gathering community feedback for its 30-year strategic plan, thanks to a successful grant application. The Community Builders program is off and running, and the CTPA is pushing ahead with plans for a community gym. These are big moves that could shape our town for decades – so if you have an opinion (and let’s be honest, who doesn’t?), now’s the time to speak up! We all have different interests and perspectives, and the more voices in the mix, the better the outcome. So, whether you’re passionate about local facilities, future developments, or just want to make sure Clarence Town stays the place we all love, get involved.
