Challenges Local recruitment remains an ongoing challenge which is the current nationwide trend. Competing with the incentives offered by other employers is tough, especially with the high demand for nurses and allied health professionals (AHPs). Additionally, the shortage of available accommodation in town further complicates recruitment efforts and negatively impacts service delivery.
