With no new land proposed to be zoned for employment purposes in the Gosford LGA it will be seen that the northern industrial areas and proposed industrial areas of the region, all adjacent to the Sydney – Newcastle Freeway (M1), offer the most opportunities for future growth. Covering 75 hectares, it provides the ideal environment for light manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and office operations.
