14 The Denman and Districts Heritage Village Museum is the newest attraction to the Upper Hunter’s places to visit, and it host an amazing eclectic collection of curiosities. The new museum is located next to the Old Denman Football Grounds. Many of the items on display are owned by Jeff Wolfgang, who has been collecting for many decades. Being able to display his extensive collection has a been his dream for some time. The display has a little of something for everybody, showcasing items from pioneers and early settlers, and then through the ages to highlight how things have progressed. The new museum is a living and tangible door to the history, identity, and uniqueness of the Denman district. For a gold coin donation, visitors can take a step back into the past and experience the history of the region in one magnificent location. New Museum Showcases Collection of Days Gone By
