Means the difference between living in my own home to shared accommodation. I would be lost without our home assistance e.g. if my back sciatica is sore. I know I can handle it as I help each fortnight. Otherwise, it would be difficult and depressing. It’s like someone cares. The pressure as a carer for my Husband with Dementia can sometimes become overwhelming & it is great knowing their support each & every day Yes, I live on my own, so the support I receive is very appreciated. WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS THE BEST THING ABOUT YOUR SERVICE? That I am now getting the jobs done I was finding hard for me to do. My helpers and office workers are always polite and friendly, and I trust all of them. No matter what my needs they see to them. I am very grateful for all they do for me. Friendly helpers making it possible for me to live comfortably in my house and garden. Wonderful, hardworking staff who have become part of our family. I thoroughly appreciate knowing when our service is being completed. Any changes, I am always informed. Can not fault our help as they also listen to what you have to say. If I have any questions, it is always answered, I really respect this. Very reliable caring staff and management whose aim is do the very best for their clients. I appreciate being able to have this service. I was feeling overwhelmed trying to keep on top of housework, gardening etc. so it was a great relief to be able to access care.
