Sweet designs and AFR rich-listers DesignPlus is Raine & Horne’s Marketing platform which links directly to CompassPlus. This platform allows users to create marketing collateral—such as window cards, property guides, stocklists, brochures, DLs and eNewsletters—they can send directly to their database. In 2022, Raine & Horne partnered with Canva, led by AFR RichListers Melanie Perkins and Cliff Obrecht. Canva for real estate enables agents to create, collaborate, and design print and digital real estate marketing materials in one place, from any device.
