hundreds of prizes, from GoPro cameras and Surface Pro computers to Mercedes-Benz cars and overseas holidays. In 2023, Raine & Horne upped the ante with its Good as Gold 140 program that promoted performance, engagement, and commitment to the Raine & Horne brand. Prizes were awarded by nomination, and according to sales by both value and volume. Good as Gold 140 offered a total prize pool of almost $350,000, and almost 700 members of the network were recognised for their hard work and contributions. Angus explained: “This year, the Good as Gold 140 internal incentive scheme will build on the strong culture in our network by recognising those staff members who, like property pioneers Tom Raine & Joseph Horne, are committed to personalised service and to meeting a client’s real estate needs. “The very reason we are celebrating our 140-year anniversary is because of our people and this is a way to reward them as they have been integral in contributing to our longevity and massive growth.” Top Left: Chairman Max Raine hosted a packed house at the 2000 NSW & ACT awards event.
