After a rollercoaster twelve months however, interest rate shock has worn off and the rate of property value decline has steadied. According to Core Logic data, the flow of new listings is well below average for this time of the year: -22% lower than this time last year. The local market in Baulkham Hills is quite steady with median property prices over the last year ranging from $1,650,000 for houses to $820,000 for units.
