Through the recent downturn, we took the opportunity to analyse our procedures and have identified areas of improvement in terms of our accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency. We have redesigned our processes to realise these improvements which will ensure we can achieve better results as the market improves. Focusing on the auction process, we have been able to significantly reduce our days on market, and achieve some amazing sales results. We have further established our links with our Sydney partner offices, to continue to expose our client’s properties to specific areas in the city that we’ve identified as strong sources of enquiry. The Sydney market has continued to stabilise with auction clearance rates holding above 70% for several months, which is now beginning to filter into our market in the Southern Highlands.
