Spring has sprung in a big way with temperatures creeping into the 30’s on some days already and clear blue skies over seriously good waves at Cottesloe Beach recently. But seriously, it’s a wonderful time of the year for strolling along the footpath above the beach, catching up with friends over a coffee or an alfresco lunch or getting stuck into the garden after the long winter lay-off. And it’s a great time to show properties at their best, in bright but gentle sunshine with gardens in full bloom.
