As we move into the back half of 2020 we feel well placed to tackle any further restrictions or challenges brought about by a resurgence of COVID 19 moving up North from Victoria. Our business made quick and decisive adjustments to the way we conduct open homes, auctions and client meetings and have seen incredibly strong results across all our departments. I t seems everyone’s favorite question of “How’s the market” is now one which can produce so many different answers. The fact is that it really depends on whether you are considering buying, selling, renting or investing. Different movements in property values both up and down create opportunities for those who are keen to look long term and focus on the great benefits offered by banks at the moment with record low interest rates and no sign of them increasing anytime soon. Whilst we are not burying our head in the sand, the reality is that the Lower North Shore market runs deep on the supply vs demand equation and transacts constantly on people’s need to move due to different events occuring in their lives. It is therefore not surprising that the results achieved on almost all the properties we have worked on have been at or above the same levels seen this time last year.
