Welcome Lockdown, vaccinate, get tested, repeat.... Well, here we are again, in what is now the toughest lockdown we have all faced in Sydney and whilst it would be reasonable to assume this time the property market has surely got to take a dive after the record growth it has enjoyed, you'd be mistaken. Once again, we are witnessing the phenomenon that is Sydney real estate. Over the past eight weeks we have run many virtual auctions, had properties available by COVID safe private appointment and the results have been nothing short of overwhelming. Those who recognise that they have the most captive audience imaginable right now with limited competition from other properties are seeing serious rewards and we just can't make that point any clearer. Now is not the time to hesitate and wonder whether or not it's a good time to sell, the answer is a definite Yes! We have the latest technology at our fingertips which is allowing us to work more efficiently to generate outstanding prices in very short timeframes. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the community for their continued support. Lockdowns impact all of us in different ways and like any other business we have many staff who are not able to work in the same ways they are accustomed.
