Jennifer was previously part of the d’Albora Nelson Bay Marina team. The move recognises her leadership and creates a great opportunity to strengthen the experience at Soldiers Point. Supported by Assistant Marina Manager, Carmen Hutchings, Jennifer’s knowledge of the Port Stephens boating community, and a focus on service, will ensure continuity for members and a strong team on the ground. Darrell Barnett (pictured left) has been appointed as General Manager d’Albora Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard. A Certified Marina Manager (CMM), and board member of the Marina Industries Association (MIA), Darrell is a longserving marina operator with extensive industry experience and his leadership is expected to strengthen the site’s reputation and performance. Supporting Darrell on the Shipyard side of the facility will be Paul Vernon (pictured right), Paul has over 25 years of practical and managerial experience in the boat building, shipyard management, construction and engineering industries. Paul’s specialist skillset and invaluable experience will provide enhanced service delivery and operational optimisation. MIA - ROS LINDSAY The Marina Industries Association (MIA) is pleased to welcome Ros Lindsay as Administration & Membership Coordinator. Ros brings more than 18 years of experience across the marine, local government and community sectors, with a strong background in stakeholder engagement, event delivery and member services. She spent eight years with the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, supporting yacht racing operations and major events, before joining Northern Beaches Council. During her time with Council, Ros worked across Parks & Reserves and Place Management, leading community engagement programs, stakeholder partnerships and local events. She is passionate about fostering strong industry connections and creating valuable experiences for members and stakeholders. DOLPHIN MARINA TWEED RIVER MARINE Dolphin Marina is located at Brooklyn on the Hawkesbury River in New South Wales. The marina provides 30 berths, 30 moorings, a slipway and boat repair services for recreational boaters and vessel owners.
