It all started with a dream that we had about 8 years ago, we lived in Newcastle and went to a similar place, and always thought that one day we are going to do this. We moved up from Sydney last year and had been working as a personal trainer prior to that. We opened up our boot camp halfway through the year, and are picking up as many people as we can at the moment. 2. Why do you run your classes at Copacabana Beach? We have family here and moved up here to live close to them. Copacabana is a beautiful part of the world and a great place to be doing a workout by the beach in the morning. 3.
