Aubrey Brown Lawyers announces new lawyers Nic Coffill Kim Healy Aubrey Brown Lawyers has announced the appointment of two new lawyers to their team. Kim Healy has joined the firm to take the role of Team Leader of the Family Law Team. Ms Healy has a Master’s Degree in family law, is an Accredited Specialist in family law, and an Accredited Mediator, and brings a wealth of experience to her role. She was previously a partner at Slater and Gordon before joining Aubrey Brown Lawyers. She specialises in all aspects of divorce, separa- tion, parenting matters, de facto and same sex relationships, and in particular complex property and financial settlements.   Nic Coffill has joined the Commercial Law Team having worked in Sydney for 12 years as a lawyer. He has extensive experience in property development, business law, commercial leasing and commercial lend- ing arrangements. He brings a commercial approach to his advice. With the addition of Ms Healy and Mr Coffill, Aubrey Brown Lawyers now has 15 lawyers who focus on specific legal areas, which enables them to provide the highest quality legal advice and service. Rod Dever elected President Gosford/ Erina and Coastal Chamber of Commerce Rod Dever The 70th Annual General Meeting of the Gosford/Erina & Coastal Chamber of Commerce held on 30th November last year followed a year of significant changes in the composition of the Board of Directors that saw former President Ali Vidler stand down after being associated with the Chamber for 14 years. New President is Rod Dever Business Development Manager of ORS Group. Mr Dever has been a Director of the Chamber for 12 years. Treasurer Susan Drew retired after a num- ber of years with the Chamber along with Directors; Len Sargent and Ron Sharpe OAM. Directors who were elected unop- posed were: Petrina Waddell – HealthE Care (Ms Waddell has been a Director of the Chamber for seven years), David Evers – Robson Partners, Leisa Wood – Southern Cross Austero Edgar Adams – Central Coast Business Review was subsequently appointed to the Board. Ms Waddell and Ms Wood were elected Vice Presidents and Mr Evers was elected Treasurer Commenting on the changes Mr Dever said, “The former board have set a solid blueprint for the incoming team to con- tinue to work with.
