The good news is that our local market didn’t slow down at all during this time as we had one of our busiest winters. The demand from buyers is still extremely strong, and this activity will only intensify. Now is the time that people need to make decisions on where they will be living, with schooling and employment being the main driving factors. Recent reports have the Perth market in a fantastic place, with it now being the most affordable capital city in the country. With all other cities having a higher median price than Perth, we are perfectly positioned for the market to continue its rise for the foreseeable future.
