For many in our team the challenge of lockdowns has required that they pivot and adapt their plans to fit their individual circumstances. Themore we’re able to adapt, the better positionedwe will be to cope with the challenges and, inmany cases, identify opportunities to grow our businesses evenmore. There is a saying that I love – “What stands in the way becomes the way”. There aremany obstacles to success and challenges in life that stand in our way.
