Harcourts Inside
21 INSIDE Harcourts NUTRIENHARCOURTS UPDATE 2021 certainly served our network with ongoing challenges and experiences stemming from the ongoing global pandemic. Nevertheless, our agents and teams continue to adapt to the circumstances and innovate almost daily with ways to continue to service real estate needs of regional and rural Australians. Our agents have notably encountered extraordinary regional and rural growth, with featured listings reaching record sale prices (up to $95m+ in one instance) with a buyer drivenmarket creating a demand of supplymarket dynamic. We have been delighted to introduce our newoffices to the Nutrien Harcourts family, bringing in Alice Springs in NT, Swan Hill in Vic, Denmark inWA, and Charleville in Queensland in recent times. Transitions require a closing of one chapter to start another and althoughwe are always saddened to see Nutrien Harcourts teammembers leave, we are also delighted to have been a part of any teammembers’ journey. For the last seven years Greg and KimKerr have overseen Nutrien Harcourts Ararat, but they have decided it is the right time to move on. We wish themall the best with their new venture, as we welcome Brad Jensen and Emma Stauja to newbeginnings at Ararat, Victoria. Nutrien Harcourts is currently working on a National Brand campaign in tandem with Nutrien Ag Solutions recently conducting focus groups and online surveys with our network. We continue to strive to achieve new levels of growth and recognition for the brand. This season’s Spring Campaign assets are designed to be utilised across all local marketing channels including email, social media, publication, and print (direct mail and in-office displays). We are encouraging clients to spring into action and contact their local Nutrien Harcourts agents to help find the place to plant their roots for the years to come.
