With a surge in sales and an impressive expansion of their market reach, our agents have consistently exceeded client expectations. The combination of innovative marketing strategies, comprehensive training programs, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction has positioned Harcourts as a market leader in all our locations. As a company, we couldn’t be prouder of the efforts our agents have made to start the year off strong. In March, we held our annual Harcourts Hype Conference in the picturesque town of Ojai, California. This highly anticipated event brought together our business owners and agents from across North America to celebrate their achievements from 2023. The conference featured inspiring keynote speakers such as Phil Jones and Paul Basagoitia, both of which presented some insightful takeaways for all attendees. In addition, we launched our new home improvement loan program, Harcourts Help, that gives our agents even more value to provide to their clients. The conference concluded with our Annual Awards event that recognized the incredible achievements of all our agents and offices from 2023. We want to congratulate everyone again on their outstanding success from the year. Adding to the excitement of 2024, we are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Santa Monica, California, Harcourts Westside. Under the leadership of Ty Cueva, the new office aims to bring Harcourts’ renowned service and expertise to the vibrant Santa Monica community. Ty’s extensive experience and visionary approach promise to make Harcourts Westside a standout in the local community. With already a strong start to 2024, the Harcourts Westside team is poised to make significant contributions to the continued success of Harcourts North America and we are excited to see their growth and development to come.
