INSIDE Harcourts 31 IN COMMERCIAL New Zealand Update In April, the NAI Harcourts network from the Christchurch/South Island and Northern/Central regions gathered for the first set of engaging cell group meetings of 2024, providing an excellent opportunity for connection and learning. Christchurch/South Island regions On Monday 22 April, delegates from the Christchurch and South Island region met at NAI Harcourts Grenadier - Grenadier House for a day of insightful speakers such as Sophie Jones, an economist from ChristchurchNZ, and informative site visits. The team explored Lichfield St, noted landmarks like the new stadium, observed the IRD building, and continued to High St. to see unique facades and new constructions. The tour included the Spark Building and ended with a networking session, providing valuable insights into Christchurch’s development and commercial real estate landscape. Northern/Central regions A week later, on Monday 29 April, the Northern and Central NAI Harcourts Cell Group meeting took place at NAI Harcourts - North Shore. The agenda featured engaging speakers who discussed current trends and insights in commercial real estate. One of the highlights was Elliot Knight, who shared valuable insights on revitalising old buildings, specifically his development at 111 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, across from Cooper & Co. The day once again concluded with a networking opportunity, allowing the team to connect and share their experiences. Both meetings were a fantastic start to the year, fostering learning, collaboration, and networking among the NAI Harcourts community. The significant value these cell group gatherings provide will ensure we continue these meetings throughout the year. HX 2024 Revered as one of the best HX events in recent years, HX 2024 delivered immense value to NAI Harcourts attendees.
