Here is a snapshot of what we’ve been up to. • HX PM breakout session - sold out half day session with a strong focus onmindset and process. Robyn Moore was our amazing keynote speakers with a standout session fromDavid Bowie (not the rockstar!) onmanaging wellbeing at work • Victoria PMX 1 day PM conference - another sold out session with a strong focus on wellbeing. Keynote speakers were Peter Brewer and Benny Button. We also shared an insightful leadership interviewwith Irene Green • Thank a Property Manager Day – this was celebrated around the nation with flowers, gifts and lunches: much well-deserved pampering took place! • PM The Harcourts Way – our updated two-day best practice PM course was launched for those new to Harcourts or new to the industry • BDM The Harcourts Way – we also launched our revamped oneday growth course full of prospecting ideas and scripts to handle all situations • Legislation Masterclass – we continued to deliver these interactive and challenging workshops to ensure all Harcourts Property Managers are performing at the top of their game We are also excited to be releasing the propertymanagement component of the newHarcourts HUB over the next month, full of updated forms, letters, checklists and over 250 videos!
