Haloumi

Traditional cyprus style cheese,

haloumi is one of the only kinds of

cheese that doesn’t melt! In fact, it’s

better fried than eaten fresh. Salty

with great flavour, haloumi tastes

great served with fresh lemon and

black pepper, and is a versatile

addition to plenty of savoury dishes.

Marinated Feta

Danish style feta cheese marinated

in canola and olive oils, plus myriad

herbs and spices, including lemon

rind, garlic & pickled chilli. Tastes

great on its own, or with salads,

pastas or on an anti-pasto platter.

Perfect for entertaining and makes

a very tasteful gift idea!

Labneh

A yoghurt style cheese, rolled into

balls and marinated in canola and

olive oil. We make two different

styles: one plain and rolled in

dukkah; the other with lemon &

mint. Great with meats, on breakfast

dishes like shakshuka eggs, or with a

mezze platter.
