MARKET UPDATE WHY DOES EVERYONE SELL IN SPRING? Typically, there have always been more buyers in the marketplace in spring when the weather is warmer, and the days start to get longer. Even during the pandemic last year, October had the highest number of listings in 2020. Most commonly sellers like to hold off on selling until spring because it is when they feel their property and gardens will look their best, leading to the property attracting more interested buyers to drive the price up.
