Manor Castle Hill
force every weekend is something we have not seen for some time. Complementing these factors are the lowest interest rates we have ever seen and government incentives powering the first home buyer market, which in turn fuels other segments of the market. The truth is that there is not enough stock to satisfy demand, since the shock of Covid-19 sellers have not brought properties to market in any great numbers. We believe that if you’re thinking of selling and are wanting to wait till spring to list your home you could be missing out. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SELL YOUR HOME? The majority of our clients feel most comfortable buying before selling and I don’t blame them. If you’re thinking of making a move I would recommend speaking to an agent and putting together a game plan. We’ve already started to do this with some longer-term clients that we have good relationships with. We have positioned some of our clients to list their properties with us and get everything ready prior to buying; from floor plans and photos to copy writing and property videos. Whilst we are getting everything ready, the client will begin looking for properties that they wish to buy. If they see a property, they can put forward an offer and secure the home with confidence. As soon as this happens, they give us the green light to launch their property online and within minutes there is no time lost between buying their new home and selling their existing property. Ultimately, the best time to buy or sell isn’t any season. The best time to sell is when it suits you.
