Through this collaboration, we have introduced ‘EasyReviews’ - a cutting-edge system that automates the process of generating reviews from sellers on RateMyAgent (RMA) & Google, whilst seamlessly integrated with CompassPlus. As part of this exciting rollout, we also released ‘Net Promoter Score Surveys’ (NPS), completely confidential ratings out of 10, empowering our offices to gauge the quality of their client interactions at settlement.
